COFFEE CAKE 
16 oz. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 large pkg. crescent rolls
2 tbsp. cold butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla, and lemon juice. Line a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan with one package of crescent rolls. Gently pinch perforations together. Spread cheese mixture over this layer. Top with second package of crescent rolls. Combine last 4 ingredients (cold butter, sugar, cinnamon, and flour) and sprinkle over top. Bake for 25 minutes.
