SWEET POTATO BALLS 
6 fresh sweet potatoes
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. canned milk
Dash of cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. box raisins
1 pkg. marshmallows
1 box crushed corn flakes
1 stick butter

Cook potatoes. Drain water and mash. Add egg, sugar, butter, cream, cinnamon, nuts and raisins. Put in refrigerator until cold. Take large marshmallows and roll potatoes around it so that marshmallow is in the middle. Then roll the potato ball in crushed corn flakes. Brown in Crisco oil on top of stove.
