8 to 10 potatoes, mashed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Milk to right consistency
Garlic salt
Parsley & salt

Mash potatoes with beaters. Add rest of ingredients. Sprinkle with paprika. Add butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour. 2 batches fill 9 x 13 inch pan.
