SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
8-10 boiled potatoes, drain, mash
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Parsley flakes and garlic salt, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Milk

Combine all ingredients, whip. Place in baking dish. Refrigerate until needed (may be made several days in advance.) Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
