SEASONED BAKED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Dried parsley flakes
12 slices bacon

Peel potatoes and cut in half lengthwise. Spread butter with butter knife on flat side of each half. Salt and pepper to taste; sprinkle with parsley flakes (again on flat side of each half). Place 1 slice of onion between 2 halves of potato. Secure 2 halves together by wrapping 2 slices of raw bacon around potato. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
