VEGETABLE MEDLEY WITH SHRIMP,
CHEESE AND SAUSAGE
 
1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
1/2 med. cauliflower
1 bunch fresh broccoli
2 1/2 lbs. shrimp, cooked and peeled
1 cucumber, cut in chunks
2 pkgs. Little Smokies cocktail sausages
1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
2 cans button mushrooms, drained
1 can black olives, drained
1 avocado, cut into chunks

Combine ingredients. Toss with sauce below. Chill several hours to blend flavors.

SAUCE:

1 c. homemade mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. MSG
Cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
