TURKEY TWIST PASTA SALAD 
3/4 lb. rotini pasta
3/4 lb. turkey breast, cooked
1 med. cucumber, sliced thinly
3/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1/2 c. sliced black olives
2/3 c. Italian dressing
2/3 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Marketplace Honey Hot Mustard
Salt & black pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool.

Slice turkey about 1/2" thick, then tear into bite size pieces.

In a bowl combine pasta, turkey, cucumber, celery, onion, olives, Italian dressing, mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey hot mustard and salt and pepper; mix well. Chill well before serving. Makes 8 servings.
