SAVOURY MEATLOAF 
500 g mince
4 Oxo's (beef bouillon)
1 grated carrot
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
1/2 mug sage and onion stuffing mix
2 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Mix should be firm, add flour to bind.

Put into loaf tin and press down. Cover top with foil. Bake for 45 minutes.

Check about half way through the cooking time and pour off any oil that has risen to surface.

Take off foil and return to oven to brown.

Allow to cool slightly before slicing.

This recipe can also be made into beef burgers, fried in shallow oil in frying pan.
