DRIED-BEEF CHEESE BALL 
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) dried beef
2 containers (8 oz.) whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish, parsley and grated onion

Tear dried beef in small pieces, blend cream cheese and horseradish together. Shape in ball and roll in dried beef. Place on serving plate and surround with parsley. Serve with assorted crackers.
