HAMBURGER SOUP 
1-1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion
3-4 carrots, sliced
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 lb. can crushed tomatoes
1 sm. can beef broth
1 sm. can chicken broth
2 cans water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 potatoes, cubed
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 c. cabbage, shredded
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 1/2 tsp. sugar

Brown beef. Add everything except peas. Cook uncovered until vegetables are tender. Add peas. Cook about 10 minutes more and serve.
