ICE CREAM DESSERT 
80 Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 1/4 c. milk
2 pkgs. sm. instant coconut pudding
9 oz. Cool Whip

Melt 1 1/2 sticks butter and add to cracker crumbs. Place in bottom of 9x13 pan (set aside). Reserve 3/4 cup dry crumbs.

Let ice cream soften. Beat instant pudding and milk together. Add ice cream (rebeat). Place on top of crumb mixture. Top with Cool Whip and dry crumbs. Easy to make and is very good.
