PISTACHIO CREAM DESSERT | |
56 Ritz crackers, crushed 1 1/4 sticks butter, melted 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant pistachio pudding 1 1/3 c. milk 1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream 1 med. carton Cool Whip Nuts, chopped Mix crackers and butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, cool. Mix the pudding and milk. Add softened ice cream. Spread over crumbs. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze. Set out and soften a bit before serving. |
