ICE CREAM DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 sm. vanilla instant pudding
1 1/4 c. milk
1 qt. vanilla ice cream (softened)
Lg. Cool Whip

Mix crackers and butter. Press in 13x9 pan (save a few for top - may add chopped nuts).

Mix pudding with milk; stir in softened ice cream. Spread pudding mixture over crackers in pan.

Spread large container Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate until set.
