4 lg. whole chicken breasts, boned & cut in half 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 sm. can mushroom caps 1 c. sour cream 1 c. cooking sherry 2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears 1/2 lemon Cook broccoli in usual manner. Place in a buttered flat casserole. Squeeze lemon over broccoli. Place chicken breasts skin side up over broccoli. Combine soup, mushroom caps, sour cream and cooking sherry and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika generously. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
