TREASURE BRAN MUFFINS 
1/4 c. Bran Flakes
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Combine cereal with milk and let stand 2 minutes. Add oil and egg; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir until just moistened. Fold in raisins. Spoon batter into greased and floured muffin pans, filling 2/3's full.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix the above until well blended. Drop the filling by rounded tablespoon into each muffin. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
