TREASURE BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. bran cereal
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins

FILLING:

1 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg

Combine cereal and milk; let stand 2 minutes. Add oil and egg. Mix well. Add combined dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Fold in raisins and spoon into greased and floured medium size muffin pans, filling each 2/3 full. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and egg, mixing until well blended. Drop rounded tablespoonful of mixture onto batter in muffin cups. Do not mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. The cream cheese mixture will initially sink to center of muffin and then bubble up and spread on top.
