YVONNE'S BRAN MUFFINS 
1 c. boiling water
4 c. bran flakes
1 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
5 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. Bran Buds
2 c. white sugar
1 c. oil (Puritan)
3 c. milk
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 or 2 c. raisins

Pour boiling water over bran flakes and Bran Buds and raisins. Mix all remaining ingredients, beat well. Add bran mixture. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Pour unused mixture into a jar and store in the refrigerator. Keeps 6 weeks.
