TOFFEE COCONUT BARS 
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
Coconut almond topping
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped almonds or walnuts

Mix first 3 ingredients together and press in 13 x 9 x 2 cake pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING: Beat eggs, stir in remaining ingredients. Spread over baked layer, bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut in bars. Makes about 3 dozen.
