PORK CHOPS AND CABBAGE DINNER 
4 Pork Chops
1 tbsp. cooking Oil
1 medium Onion, sliced
1/2 c. Dry White Wine
1/4 c. Packed Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
4 c. Shredded Cabbage
2 large cooking Apples, thinly sliced

In skillet, cook chops in oil until brown on both sides. Remove chops from skillet and add onion. Cook until tender. Stir in wine vinegar, salt, pepper, white wine and brown sugar. Stir in cabbage and apples. Bring mixture to a boil. Top with chops.

Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes or till chops are done.
