PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
2 c. extra crunchy peanut butter
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 cube butter
4 c. Rice Krispies
2 12-oz. pkgs. Guittard Melt 'n Mold OR other dipping chocolate

Mix all ingredients together with your hands. Shape into balls and refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Melt the dipping chocolate in a double boiler. Dip balls one at a time and set on waxed paper to set. Store in cool dry place.
