CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
4 c. shredded Chinese cabbage
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. chow mein noodles

Combine cabbage, mushrooms, and onion. Blend together mayonnaise and soy sauce; toss lightly with cabbage mixture. Just before serving, top with noodles. Serves 6 to 8.
