PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
Dash of salt
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
5 slices bread, cubed

Cream butter and sugar. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 325 degrees until hot. Goes very well with fork.
