PEACH PRETZEL DESSERT 
2 c. pretzels, crushed
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 boxes orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
3 c. peaches (fresh or canned)
1 c. peach juice

Mix together pretzels, butter, sugar and cinnamon. Pat into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over crust. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Let cool. Add juice and peaches. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until Jello is set. Serve with a dab of Cool Whip on top.
