PEACH PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar (white)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. oil
1 can sliced peaches, drained
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. boiling water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, sugar (white), baking powder and salt. Beat in milk and oil until smooth. Pour into ungreased 8" square baking pan. Arrange peaches on top. Mix brown sugar, nuts, cinnamon and sprinkle over peaches. Pour boiling water on peaches. Bake until a wooden pick comes out clean when inserted in the center, about 60 to 70 minutes.
