2 sm. boxes pistachio pudding
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 cans Dole pineapple chunks
1 (10 oz.) bag sm. marshmallows

Make pudding according to the instructions on the box. Add your Cool Whip, pineapple and bag of marshmallows. Stir together. Chill until time to serve. It's quick and easy and goes over well! Servings: 20 and can easily be doubled.
