2 1/2 c. Cookie Mix
1/2 c. mashed banana
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, about 12 to 15 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
