BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup 8 oz. Velveeta cheese 2-3 c. crushed Ritz crackers Cook broccoli by package directions. Melt Velveeta cheese with mushroom soup, stirring occasionally. Mix broccoli and Velveeta-soup mixture in casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Cook in a 350 degree oven until crackers have browned (about 15-2 minutes). |
