PECAN BALLS 
1 c. butter, unsalted
2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. ice water
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter. Add water, flour, salt and sugar. Mix well. Add pecans and vanilla. Shape into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
