ELEPHANT STEW | |
1 sm. elephant 10 lb. carrots 20 lb. potatoes 6 lg. onions Salt Pepper Cut up elephant meat about 1 inch cubes. Cook in old kettle for about 48 hours or until meat is tender. While meat is tenderizing call every kin folk and friend or foe from near and far and invite over for a good ol pot of stew and friendly bash. Peel and chop up veggies. Add to cooked meat and season to taste. Cook until tender and serve with salad and bread. Promptly refrigerate leftovers or continue bash until all stew is gone. |
