CLEAR AND CREAMY PARFAITS 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) size Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water & ice cubes
1 c. whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 2 1/2 cups and add to Jello. Stir until slightly thick. If necessary remove unmelted ice. Measure 2 cups of Jello. Blend remaining Jello with whipped topping. layer clear and creamy mixtures in parfait glasses. Should make 4 parfait.
