SUMMER'S CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. water
3 c. Bisquick
Butter, melted
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in warm water and let set 10 minutes. Mix Bisquick with 1/2 cup water and add dissolved yeast. Dough will be soft, not gooey. Divide dough into 4ths and roll into rectangles. Brush with butter.

Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over butter and roll each rectangle into a jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch slices and place on greased cookie sheet. Brush tops with remaining butter and sprinkle again with sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
