SUPER PORK ROAST 
Sear and brown a 4 or 5 pound pork roast. Poke holes and sprinkle generously with 1 teaspoon minced garlic buds. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover roaster with foil. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Turn roast occasionally. Baste with juices. Cook pork thoroughly.

TO make gravy when roast is done - Take roast from pan. Put ice cubes in pan to remove fat. Remove immediately. Add water to juice. Thicken with 2 tablespoons flour or cornstarch added to 1/2 cup water. Delicious gravy and roast!
