SALMON LOAF | |
2 lg. cans salmon 4 eggs 1 can mushroom soup 4 oz. evaporated milk 1/2 c. bread crumbs Durkee onion rings Drain and devein salmon. Beat eggs and combine with soup, milk and bread crumbs. Mix with salmon and onion rings, leave out a few onion rings for top. Put mixture into 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with remainder of onion rings on top. Put in oven for 3 minutes longer. |
