LOWFAT STROGANOFF 
Venison or beef steak, cut in strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. elbow macaroni (or other pasta)
Canola oil

Brown, gently cook meat in oil for approximately 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, cook, then drain macaroni. Drain oil from pan (then wipe pan), return meat to pan with soup; heat. Combine meat mixture and macaroni; heat through.
