CHICKEN SQUARES 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
2-3 c. leftover cooked chicken
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
4 hard-cooked eggs
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients, except eggs, together and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Just before baking, add cut up eggs. Mix and put in greased 9 x 11 pan for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares to serve.

This recipe is just as good made with browned hamburger. You can omit the eggs and add a few frozen peas. Recipe may be cut in half or half may be frozen for later.

This is a good dish to take to a potluck.
