PASSOVER (PESACH) ROLLS 
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. Matzo meal
5 eggs (room temperature)

All are Passover approved items.

Boil water, oil, sugar and salt. Bring to a rolling boil. Add Matzo meal; remove from heat. Stir; cool. Add the eggs individually; stir after each egg.

Drop onto greased cookie sheet 12-15 per sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, 325 degrees 60 minutes. Refrigerate until used.
