PASSOVER SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed 1/2 lb. cream cheese 1 lb. cottage cheese 1/2 c. Matzoh meal 3 eggs, well beaten Salt & pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 1 quart souffle dish. Cook spinach separately and drain. Melt cream cheese; add to spinach; add cottage cheese and Matzoh meal; mix well. Stir in eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into dish and bake 40 minutes or until light golden top. Serves 4 to 6. |
