SPICY MEAT BALLS | |
2 lb. lean ground beef 2 eggs 2 pkg. instant oatmeal 3 tbsp. dried minced onions 3/4 c. cheese, grated 1 bottle barbecue sauce 1/4 c. catsup 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. sage 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Mix ground beef, eggs, oatmeal, onion, cheese, catsup and seasonings; form into tiny meat balls. Melt 2 tablespoons of fat in a skillet. Cook meat balls in the fat until brown. Drain well. Pour barbecue sauce over meat balls if needed. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Preheat 20 minutes before serving. Makes about 60 meat balls. |
