2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish (drained)
1 tbsp. minced onion
12 slices thin ham (lunch meat... honey ham lunchmeat is great)

Mix room temperature cream cheese with onion & pickle relish. Spread mixture, from corner to corner on the slice of ham. Roll conucopia fashion. Repeat until all ham slices used. If necessary - secure with toothpick - chill...
