DAD'S FAVORITE MACARONI 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1/2 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cups milk
3 or 4 slices of American cheese
1 cup shredded medium cheddar
1 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain and put back on burner, reduce heat. Add milk and flour and stir until most of flour is dissolved. Add cheese and keep stirring over low-medium heat until it is all melted. Add salt and pepper, to taste.

VARIATIONS:

Add vegetables and meat to your liking for a quick, easy, delicious meal or side dish. I like stirring in a can of drained tuna and diced onions.

You can also pop it in the oven (in a casserole dish) at 400°F until it browns on top for a nice Southern baked macaroni dish.
