MEXICAN WIENER ROAST 
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. refried beans
1 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can vegelinks

Saute onion in butter. Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs and vegelinks. Place on the bottom of a baking dish. Cover with links; brush with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Can be served with tomato sauce. Serves 12.
