FUNNEL CAKES 
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
Dash of salt

Beat the eggs and milk then add to the other ingredients. Heat 3 to 4 inches of oil in a frying pan to 400 degrees. Pour the batter through a funnel, starting in the middle and working around to form a whirlpool shape to the size you want. Turn heat back to 375 degrees and fry until brown. Flip over and cook the other side to brown. Remove from heat. Cover with powdered sugar.
