FUNNEL CAKES 
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix separately all liquids, then add dry ingredients, making sure batter is thin. Have electric skillet 1/2 full of oil heated to 350 degrees. Pour batter into funnel (holding finger over small hole of funnel). Release finger and make designs in oil. Fry until golden brown and turn over and fry 1 minute Drain on paper towel. Dust with powdered sugar, cinnamon and sugar, syrup or anything you might enjoy.
