FRIED RICE 
3 c. cold cooked rice
1 chopped onion
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cut in chunks and fried in sm. amount of oil
1/4 to 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper

Scramble eggs, set aside. Put cooked sausage, onion and bell pepper in skillet in 1 tablespoon oil and saute until transparent in color. Add rice and eggs to mixture, then add sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
