SKILLET MACARONI AND BEEF 
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. macaroni
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
2-3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook beef in large skillet until brown, drain. Stir in macaroni, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring until macaroni is transparent. Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer 20 minutes. Stir, let stand 5 minutes before serving.
