TAMALE PIE 
2 cans tamales (use all juice)
1 c. tomato puree
1 can corn niblets
1 c. ripe olives, chopped
1/4 c. raisins
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (3 lb.) chicken

Stew chicken until tender - cut in chunks. Mix all ingredients together except cheese, which goes on top. Put in casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. It is good to mix this one day ahead and let it marinate in refrigerator overnight.
