HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. chicken, cut up
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese or part Velveeta

Mix above ingredients and bake at 350 degrees approximately 25 minutes. Take out of oven and top with onion rings and return for about 5 minutes.
