WESTERN STYLE POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) bag partially thawed hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt & pepper to taste
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix all together and put into a 9"x13" pan. Top with 2 cups finely rolled corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
