WESTERN STYLE PORK CHOPS 
4 to 6 pork chops
Flour
3 c. water
Sliced onions
Paprika
Pepper (black)

Brown chops. Make gravy using the drippings, flour, and approximately 3 cups of water. Place chops in 13 x 9 casserole dish. Top with sliced onions. Pour gravy over chops. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Bake approximately 1 hour 35o degrees, uncovered.
