EGG MUSTARD 
1 c. milk
1/2 c. heavy cream
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch

Heat milk and cream to boiling in small saucepan. Beat yolks with sugar and cornstarch in medium bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in hot milk; pour back into saucepan. Cook stirring constantly until mixture comes to boil. Add vanilla.
